Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with bellefrance.org. Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read them carefully before purchasing so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after you have placed the order. Notification of processing and shipping will be given separately for large or wholesale orders. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high volume of orders, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility when making your purchase.

If there are any significant shipping delays, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

The shipping costs quoted in this policy apply to deliveries in Mainland France only.

We offer free shipping on orders totalling €25,00 or over (excluding shipping costs) and with a delivery address in mainland France. Orders of €25,00 and over are shipped free of charge via Mondial Relay

If your order qualifies for free shipping and you request home delivery, your order will be sent via La Poste at a charge of €3.50.

All orders less than €25,00 will be sent via La Poste at a charge of €3.50

International shipping costs and estimates

We offer shipping outside of mainland France as well as international shipping. Please contact us for more details, including estimated shipping costs, prior to ordering.

It should be noted that international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These charges are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. Bellefrance.org is not responsible for these charges – any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Or, in the case of an item shipped to an address that is different to the billing address, any incurred charges will be the recipient’s responsibility.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. We track your order using the carrier’s tracking number and website and will let you know if there are any delays. If for some reason you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact us at crw.skincare@gmail.com. We will look into it for you.

Returns and refunds policy

Returned items must be sent back to us in the original packaging, unsealed and in brand-new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

For all Return or Exchange inquiries, please email us as soon as possible at crw.skincare@gmail.com. We address each inquiry individually and will try to make sure that everyone is satisfied.
